Jumps to conclusions without complete testing and misdiagnosed me. Office is not the cleanest.

Big attitude

Not helpful at all. I have a history of Sinus issues... I know when I have a sinus infection. Went to Dr. Gupta on the recommendation of a friend. He did a scope and said that I had a great surgery( it was 20 years ago) and that I should never get a sinus infection again. I had one then... he said he couldn't help me.... because I didn't need surgery. I asked him about alternatives and he stated that he didn't know any and really couldn't help me..

Ive been going to Dr Gupta for 20 yrs he is amazing and I credit him for being able to hear....I have terrible ears and if I sneezed I would get an ear infection he put tubes in my ears and for the first time the fluid was draining off my ears it was a miracle....considering Im now almost 60 its fantastic! hes a very caring Dr and a wonderful Dr.

I credit Dr. Gupta with my son being alive today. 18 years ago my 8 year old son swallowed a peanut that occluded his lung. While the other lung filled with fluid my son was literally dying in front of my eyes. Dr. Gupta recognized the problem and on New Years Eve took my son to surgery and literally brought him back to life when he died on the table for a minute. He didn't care about insurances or payments, his concern was to keep this young man alive and he did it. I will never forget him and will always be indebted to him. God Bless you.

I was experiencing major sinus pain & stinging for several weeks. I visited my PCP who gave me meds but they did nothing. I decided to visit a specialist. I called Dr Gupta's office. They didn't have any availabilities for that day. I NEEDED to see someone that very day. I explained the pain, pressure & major discomfort. The staff member got me right in which I appreciated very much! Dr. Gupta was very professional, informative, gentle & thorough. He explained everything he was doing & why. He took into account my current medical "issues" when prescribing medication & stayed on top of things. His staff is very receptive & polite as soon as you walk through their door. Dr. Gupta is MY new ENT! I HIGHLY recommend him.

Many co-workers recommeded Dr. Gupta.So far excellent. I even scheduled an appointment for my husband.He is very kind and caring

Complained of throat pain six months ago.He did nothing about it.After complaining again... He agreed to do a scope.Then lo and behold a biopsy needed to be done.Did a biopsy and didn't call when lab completed assessment. In the mean time Im scared and stressed and He didn't allow my spouse to ask questions.He's demeaning to women. He has a harsh bedside manner.He pushed my followup appointment back even when he had the biopsy results.When he shared with me that I had stage 3-4 cancer... he didn't go into any details about it. After reading the report when I got home I did my own research and found out I had the worst kind of Basaloid Squamous cell cancer.I was in shock. He's not a doctor!!Doctors treat their patients. He just patted me on the head and dealt with me when I urged him there was a problem. Don't go to him.

Dr Gupta saw my seven year daughter today. We waited an hour past our appointment time in a FILTHY waiting room. It was odd that for people who may have sensitivity to dust and other irritants, virtually every surface was covered with dirt or dust of some kind. The children's lego toys were literally black with dirt. Wallpaper ripped off the walls, furniture was stained and mismatched, blinds were offensively yellowed and stained. The receptionist look like she just sat down after a three hour road trip, in jeans and a sweatshirt. Dr. Gupta, himself, was snide and seemed surprised that my daughter was not comfortable having the tongue depressor stick pressed far back in her mouth and down her throat. He seemed flustered by how his day had been going and wanted his "patient" to buck up and let him do his job. HORRIBLE! How can this office still be open?? We'll never be back. We left after about 8 minutes disgusted and my daughter in tears. She's a tough cookie and he was a GRUMP who… had no opinion one way or another if we got her the help she needs. New patients do NOT go to this doctor. It's worth it to look elsewhere.

I would find someone else.
