Dr. Neesha Sri Pammi, MD

First, I'll start by saying that Dr Pammi is nice but her work schedule and how her staff schedules appointments is the most horrid display of efficiency. I've been a patient for almost 10 years. Every time I called I've never been able to see the Dr the same day. There are two simple reasons: 1) Scheduler doesn't allocate enough slots for current patients who have pressing medical needs 2) Dr has limited schedule and only works 30hrs a week. To compare, my kid's pediatrician has always accommodated same day appointments. I've asked him how he's able to do this and it's quite simple. Scheduling and the amount of hours he puts in. The staff here is good at telling people to call their Urgent Care. That's where the money maker is. These doctors don't have to work 40 hours or more or have a quota of patients to see a week. They get paid regardless. There's no reason for them to work longer days and accommodate their current patients. Saving the best for last. Was suffering… from major pains and asked Dr for recommendation. Staff called back and said Dr isn't able to provide any because she hasn't seen me in almost 4 years. I laughed so hard. Good luck getting an appointment.

Great office!

Overall, I was very Pleased with Dr Pammi. She spent a great deal of time listening to my medical history. I felt that she was extremely professional. My complicated history touches several areas and Dr Pammi was immediately knowledgeable about every area. I feel very confident to trust her with my health. I would definitely recommend Dr Pammi.

I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT 9:00 AM IN THE MORNING FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS SICK WITH A BRONCHIAL INFECTION AND WAS GIVEN ONE AT 3:45 THAT AFTERNOON IN . I RECEIVED A CALL FROM HER OFFICE 5 HOURS LATER INFORMING ME THAT DR. PAMMI DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE SEEING MY DAUGHTER. IMAGINE THAT AN INTERNIST THAT CAN'T GET COMFORTABLE LISTENING TO A SICK 13 YEAR OLDS CHEST. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. WE MOVED FROM OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA AND FOUND DR TOPKIS WHO IS A CARING INDIVIDUAL. IT IS UNFORTUNATE HIS STAFF AND PARTNER DON'T SHARE THE SAME LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM.
