Dr. Negean Afifi, DO

I was blessed and grateful to have Dr. Negean Afifi as my Doc while at an LA area Kaiser ER recently. The ER was crazy busy, and I actually never even made it into a room - I was on a gurney, but THAT did not matter to me, but what DID matter, was the SUPERB bedside manner I received from her, and her keen ability to diagnose my issues, and therefore calm my nerves. She did not rush me when I explained my symptoms and concerns, and listened empathically. As a nurse whom works in the medical field as well, I was very impressed and grateful for her thoroughness and ability to act efficiently and in a timely fashion so that I was able to get all my diagnostic tests completed STAT. I would give this doctor 10 stars if I could!

She was very courteous and showed concern for what was happening - she took the necessary actions to ensure I didn't walk away feeling like anything hadn't been addressed.
