Dr. Neha B Savalia

While Dr Savalia is a nice person, it is impossible to give her office anything but one star. I have been a patient of hers for over 5 years. Her office staff is rude and condescending. I have experienced this personally as well as witnessing rude treatment to older patients. At my last visit I explained to Dr Savalia my experiences and what I have witnessed. I explained to her that as a business woman myself, I would want to know. Today is the last time that I will be in Dr Savalia’s office. Her office staff has no common courtesy. I am embarrassed that I have put up with this office for so long. There are so many physicians out there. Find an office that cares to have you as a patient. You pay for their services, you should receive equal respect and courtesy back.

Doc with very little care and feeling. Felt like I was talking to a robot. Had very little patience. Waited over 3 weeks for appointment. Got there then a nurse did her routine of taking weight, temperature, blood pressure etc. waited for additional 15 mins then Dr finally walked in. No idea how long I have been waiting. Then in a mono tone asked what’s the reason I am there. Spent maybe about 5 mins and talked very condensing. No regards about what I was trying to explain. Simple sad.

Simply unreachable, unaccountable and unresponsive. Stopped seeing her because she is next to impossible to communicate with.

I’m extremely sad that I have to write this review. I typically do not write reviews unless the services are amazing or I had the worst experience ever. With regards to Dr. Savalia, I was being optimistic and hopeful because she is a nice person. She isn’t’ personable.. so if you’re looking for that type of doctor she may not be what you’d hoped for. I’ve been a patient of hers since 2014, almost 3 years. My husband and my daughter are her patients as well. She seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable. However, there are some days where you sense that she either doesn’t want to be there or it is just one of those days. I take my health serious and will not tolerate a doctor who doesn’t always seem to care about your concerns. Recently I had to contact St. Jude to discuss an incident where she spent maybe 5 min with my daughter and didn’t diagnose her but referred her only to have to come back to her office because turns out the referral wasn’t necessary. I felt she could have addressed… that specific situation differently and nothing has changed. I have researched for months now and finally made the decision to withdraw myself and my family as her patient. This was a tough decision as my previous doctors before we moved, we’d been with over 15 years. I wish her the best and I hope no one else has to experience the ups and downs that we have.

My husband was having medical problems with his heart and not even his heart doctor found the problem, I had been seeing Dr. Savalia for at least 5 years, my husband went to see Dr. Savalia he had several test performed and they found the problem, she truly saved my husbands life. We are truly blessed to fine such an amazing Doctor!

I think she listens and responds to my concerns. I found I had to go to her a few times to get to know her personality. Her follow up is good and I feel confident in her council. She involves me in the decision making. She refers me as needed.

This doctor is racist she does not care about her patients she is cold hearted . I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO HER OFFICE!!!

Overall she is not profesional at all. She is NOT care about her patient. I don't know why St.Jude still keep her.

I wish this doctor would be warmer towards her patients; she is border line rude.

Dont go to this doctor,Saint Jude has many fine doctors pick another.
