Dr. Neil T. Carstens, MD

I have multiple issues I needed seen. I booked two appointments, so I would be ready when I would be told, "you need to book another appointment." I received a voicemail from their office from Heather stating she was going to cancel my second appointment, without even asking me why I booked two, or finding out whether or not I needed a second appointment. Knowing that I am going to need long-term care, why am I being told that everything would be addressed in the first visit? I told them if they were going to cancel my second visit, which they had, then they could cancel my first one and I would find another Ortho. I am furious!!

I was under his care trying to find out what was going on with my shoulder. He was very condescending and judegemental because of my looks. He reported me for prescription fraud and over $6000 dollars amd a year later I was found absolutely innocent of all his accusations. Even his own documents proved to the grand jury that there was never any evidence of any deceit or fraud being committed.He just did it to make trouble because he didnt like me. Turns out I had a very serious problem with my shoulder that he was unable to treat. I had a succesful surgery with a real Dr.which being arrested made a rougher recovery. Excellent orthopedic practitioner! He operated on my right arm for a torn rotator cuff in 2013 and I have not had any problems with it since.

I am very pleased with Dr Carstens...he even called after hours to check on my daughter!!

Was in yesterday as a new patient. I was very impressed with hoe easy ut was to schedule and actually be seen. Great staff...great doctor....and the doctor seems to know his stuff. I was however, confused with the office being shared with a primary care doctor. Seemed to mske things confusing at the front desk.

I Would choose the Dr. again because he would listen and give me options.

Dr. Carstens was amazing. Great doctor, awesome staff. I was nervous the day of my surgery and Doctor Carstens said a prayer just before my syrgery. Ge saI'd it with me and my family. ... THANK YOU! His staff is very helpful and made me smile.

Doctor Carstens was great. He knew exactly what was wrong with me and set me up a plan. His staff was friendly and put me at ease. I would not only recommend him to my friends but I would recommend him to my family.

I absolutely love this doctor. He was able to fix my knee. He did everything he possibly could to fix it without me having to have surgery. I am so greatful to him and his courteous staff. The front desk and nurses are so sweet and helpful. I would definately go back and also recommendall my friends and family to see him.
