Dr. Paul Conrad Liebrecht, MD

Great care.

First, I love Dr. Liebrecht, however, some of his staff are very rude and do not answer questions and always act like they don't have time for you. His nurse Taylor is very sweet and kind. It is his office staff that is the problem. The office manager and desk clerk need some education in communication skills, as well as empathy for patients. They got an attitude with me, simply because they could not answer my question with a logical answer. They also do not send the proper paper work that patients ask for and often I had to take care of it myself. I love Dr. Liebrecht, but in the future will not return if the office staff continues to act the way they do. If it wasn't for his patients, they wouldn't be there.

I recently saw Dr. Liebrecht for arthritis in my hands. He was great.

Well I wrote the last harsh review, but I have to give them the benefit of the dought they r swamped and no one is perfect, I think u have to be very assertive when u go in and communicate your problems so they don't get overlooked, comnunication is key, the doc has a hard time keeping up but he does good, the best he can

I had gone to two other doctors who did not help me. Dr. Liebrecht persisted with tests until he found out what my problem was. He explained everything in great detail, was specific with what I needed to do and what to expect and really cared about doing a good job. I'd recommend him to anyone.
