Rude arrogant and truly believes that everyone around him is beneath him and should worship him. Amazing that people actually trust this guy with their lives

This guy talked down to my wife when she asked for a second opinion on a life changing procedure he wanted to perform on her father. Her father ended up going to a university, got a back brace, and is fully recovered without any surgery. Glad I had some experience with these situations or his life could be very different.

Dr Troffkin fixed my walking issue. After six months of difficulty, I was walking almost completely normally hours after waking from surgery.

DR TROFFKIN SAVED MY HUSBANDS LIFE. HE HAS AN UNUSUALLY RARE SUBARACHNOID HEMORRHAGE CAUSED BY A SINUS CAVERNOUS FISTULA. HE WAS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY FIND AND TREAT MY HUSBANDS ISSUES. WAS TOLD DR TROFFKIN HAD NO BEDSIDE MANNER AND WAS RUDE - HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT OUR EXPERIENCE AT ALL. HE WAS WONDERFUL IN EXPLAINING EVERY STEP OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, OUTCOMES I COULD EXPECT AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD THOROUGHLY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

Dr. Troffkin is a brilliant surgeon and physician. I had read reviews staying that his bedside manners were terrible. This was not my experience. He is very professional and business like, but extremely competent and listened to my concerns. He hones in on problems like an arrow. Evansville is lucky to have such a surgeon!

The general consensus is that Dr. Neil Troffkin is one of the worst behaving physicians at Deaconess. Even the staff that work with him at NSC comment about how rude, condescending, and arrogant he is. He only gets away with his poor behavior because of the money he brings into the Health System. Dr. Troffkin has a god complex and leaves the impression that you are blessed to be in his presence. Talnted doc or not, it's time to grow up Dr. Troffkin.

This Dr is amazing. I have seen him several times. He is the dr that did my angiogram. He is the Dr that also found a aneurysm in my brain that was missed. He has fixed both of them. I trust him and I would recommend him to anyone. I found him Friendly and he knows what he is doing. We are blessed to have a Neurosurgeon like Dr Neil Troffkin. And I want to thank him and his team.

I HAD A BRAIN ANEURYSM THAT RUPTURED, AND WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL. DR. TROFFKIN WAS IN THE ER WHEN THEY BROUGHT ME IN. HE TOLD MY HUSBAND HE COULD FIX IT BUT I NEEDED TO BE TAKEN TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL, BECAUSE THAT WAS WHERE THE EQUIPMENT WAS THAT HE NEEDED. HE SAVED MY LIFE. THE ONLY SIDE EFFECT I HAVE IS MY BALANCE IS A LITTLE OFF AT TIMES. THANK YOU AGAIN DR. TROFFKIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR THE BEST DR. TO WORK ON A NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEM.
