Excellent Neurosurgeon - one of the best for Cervical Surgery Discetomy and Bone Fusion on C3/C4/C5/C6. Very thorough in explaining the procedure. Back to work after 4 weeks.

I saw Dr. Wright years ago to treat a herniated disk that was protruding into my spinal canal. The pain was excruciating, I had to do something. I’m so grateful we knew about Dr. Wright, and his dedication to excellent care. I’ve recently re-injured my cervical spine, and there was no doubt but that I would go back to Dr. Wright! My father always said, “You don’t shop for a doctor or lawyer, you simply get the best!” Dr. Wright is simply the best!

Dr Wright is a fantastic doctor. He is one of a kind. He is the greatest at what he does. He has a fantastic bed side manner, explains things in detail and his surgery skills are above excellent. There are no words to describe how awesome he is.

Dr. Wright replaced a cervical disc in 2020. I brag about him to everyone I meet in the veteran community about how he listened, answered questions, and the cutting-edge surgery he did that many veterans never knew was a possibility. He does everything in his power to maintain quality of life for his patients.

Dr. Wright is a great doctor and thoroughly covered all my concerns. Showing my scans on the large screen and walking me through the x-rays and CT scans was very helpful to understand that the pain I am having is not related to the fusion in my neck.

Dr. Wright is the go-to surgeon if you need spine surgery on your neck in the St. Louis or surrounding areas. He fixed my neck when others could not.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Neil Wright! I went to him for a second opinion. He saved me from an unnecessary surgery. That was a year ago. Dr Neil Wright was 100% right in his diagnosis. I have and would refer Dr Wright to family and friends without any reservations! He is down to earth and very personable.

Back pain for years then progressive numbness in legs brought me to Dr Wright. As a retired surgical nurse I was impressed with his review of my history & plan of care upon my first visit. He explained his plan thoroughly & answered all my questions. His conservative approach also was encouraging. After a full year post op my symptoms are gone, walking much better, neuropathy is 50-75% improved. Delighted with my results.

As mentioned above, Dr Neill Wright exceeded my expectations. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I did not expect to be pain free just a few weeks post op. He and his NP Michelle, along with his entire office staff couldn't have made this process easier for me and my family. I had a 3 level fusion in my cervical spine and I am currently 2 months post op and don't remember when I felt so good. Thank You, Dr. Neill, NP Michelle and staff!
