Dr. Nelson Garcia Morales Sr, MD

This man is a blessing I was recommended by a doctor of my father. I been with this doctor for 12 years. I never seen this man who work like a professional man. He says he has 40 years of experience so that should tell you a lot. He is the kind of doctor who will sit with you and explain anything you have. Every time i did my blood sample the nurses will tell me Oh you have Dr. Morales he is the best doctor you will have your so luck so he is famous. Sadly this doctor had to retired I liked that I could of taken the bus and drop me off right at his office. Since he retired, things have changed a lot in his office. I don't like those staff that he had they are all made me feel uncomfortable. I thought I was like in Cuba or some of these pathetic clinquitas office. There staff will be talk B.S. stuff like oh i did my nails here or oh i love your hair or oh i'm dating this man who cares. This is an office where people are going for a check up not a beauty salon. I found his staffs… unprofessional they look like zombies or robots asking me these silly questions like if i was sick and I look at them and said what are you asking me these types of questions not my real doctors would ask me these questions. I had a problem with their staff because they did not resolve my husbands problem by doing some paper work. All they do is lie to me and they never called me or care for me or my husband. They put me with this other doctor that I found unprofessional, creepy, and scary. He was not able to resolve my situation i also had a problem with him. Dr. Morales would resolve my paper work but when he retired this new Doctor that they put me with was not good. He never helped me or my husband's paper work. Not all doctors are meant to be doctors but like Dr. Morales no one like him god bless this man soul I will never for get him. I actually found him in a supermarket and he went up to me to say Hello I was so surprise to see him and he was too. He was asking me how I was doing I was doing well. He made my day, However, after he left I had to go and find another doctor and leave this disaster place. Without Dr. Morales putting orders there in the office it is not the same. So if your here try to find someone else please.

Dr. Garcia is my primary doctor for the last 18 years, he is really good with his diagnostics, he spends time listening to your medical problems, I have IBS and before Dr. Garcia, I visited many doctors, nobody knew. When I explained him my symptoms, he gave a diagnostics and from there on we have worked on it, I wouldnt change my doctor!
