Dr. Nelson Sanchez, MD

Office staff was super friendly. Dr Sanchez was amazing with my 5 year old son. My son felt very comfortable which is rare for him to feel comfortable with male doctors. Just remember... he is the neurologist and needs to examine your child one on one without your interrupting or comments otherwise he cannot evaluate. Let the doctor do his job. So happy with this office and doctor.

Bad attitude and bad form when dealing with his patients, he lacks humanity, arrogant and rude, there are many more doctors to be enduring their rudeness, I never plan to return there.

I do not reccomendd him! Children have obvious characteristics of autism and he doesn't believe in diagnosing children with autism until they are 5 years old. My daughter missed out on ABA therapy she could of got at younger age

Worst experience that’s what I can say, Not proactive, Please read the comments about Sanchez before going there , because I experience exactly what those people said , He has no manners . Tell you right I am going to call you by your name , NELSON , let’s remove Dr beside your name because for me to have a title like that you need to work for it . You have no bedside manners You do not educate your patient You do not put your patient at ease You are quick to expedite your visit You are not polite You don’t have a kid friendly approach You are quick to jump to conclusion When a patient goes to see you you are not helpful You do not backup what you say , that is if you say something worth listening with studies. Your communication skills are zero ( are you on the spectrum by any chance?) The only thing I could find with you is you are sure to make a steady income by just doing nothing . Patient please read the reviews it is important to do so . I did not do my… homework that’s why I ended up with Nelson . But he just got fire by me:)

I wasn’t sure about going to this doctor due to bad reviews but I took my son to his office & was the best thing I did! After the second visit I decided to write a review about my experience: -Waiting time wasn’t more than 20 mins. (Both appointments were at 9:45 am) -The staff is great, they were so kind and helpful. -The doctor gave ordered exams & all he need it for an accurate diagnosis & recommendations to improve my son condition. I’m glad I didn’t pay attention to all this bad reviews. Sometimes doctors has to “cut us off” because sometimes we talk to much and mix things or topics that instead of being helpful became confusing,so not a reason to feel offended for me if that happens I just wait for the right moment to talk... If I will go back there? Yes, off course!!

This Dr. Has no bedside manner. Literally, everyone, I tell how my visit at Dr.Sanchez office went get so heated!!. The Guy was lucky my husband has respect for his Elders. If not my husband would have cursed him out. I know my son is a shy boy and doesn't open up to strangers so easily let's be honest who does. He cut us of when we spoke. Said my child was Mentally Retarded and for my family and prepare my family because this was a lifetime problem. I was shocked by the words he used and simply disgusted. There was no hope or guidance with this Dr.Sanchez he's trash. Save your money and take them elsewhere.

I took my daughter there to be seen by the dr. I have not had much interaction with the office staff on my visit so I can not speak on that behalf. The dr was not rude nor did he speak over my child. He did however cut me off while speaking. They scheduled more appointments and told me I need to call my daughters PCP in order to request some more authorizations. After a week and a half of trying to get to the bottom of everything I still had no authorizations for her upcoming appointments. I proceeded to call the insurance myself and come to find out the office staff is telling me I need to do something when in fact they are just not wanting to do the leg work themselves. This is very unprofessional to say the least. When you call they put you on hold for several minutes just to come back on the phone and say "one minute, please hold".

Dr. Sanchez was excellent with my son. He really cares about the patient and has a lot of experience in the field. The staff is also caring and very polite, they try to schedule the appointments within a reasonable time.

the staff is horrible, I need to communicate to the office to schedule a procedure, and every time I call, they are close, and the answering service take the message, that obviously the staff never return the call. This is unbeliavalble, I'll be with him since 2011, and the staff is the worst thing in this planet.

Bad bedside manner, totally insensitive to a unusual degree.
