Dr. Ngoc Diem Anke Doan, MD

Dr Doan is excellent - she truly cares about helping people, is not rushed, is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer all your questions. Some reviews I?ve read have mentioned her use of the internet - welcome to 2026! She cares about helping her patients.

Dr Doan is cold, clinial, robotic and absolutely no warmth or caring; never complimentary or supportive this patient who has spent my entire adult life committed to a lifestyle devoted to total wellness and is a very fit & healthy senior; when this was discussed, her comment was "oh, I didn't know you needed that" - clearly not in touch with the "human" side of medicine. her staff is dismissive, surly, never addresses me by my name, don't relate at all to the stresses of the elderly and acts insulted when you tell them you prefer to discuss your concerns directly with the doc;

Dr. Doan always shows genuine concern for my health. She is thorough and knowledgeable. I feel confident in her care.

Dr. Doan frequently cites the latest research when discussing my care. She expresses an appropriate level of interest and concern even if she is not effusive. She has always spent enough time with me to really understand what is going on. I can see how she might not be for everyone, but I'll take science, data, and thoughtful approach any day.

In my appointments with Dr. Doan, I always feel like she has no other patients! She is thorough and caring.

Excellent bedside manner and very caring. She showed a high level of interest in what was going on with me. I'd highly recommend her.

I will not go back to Doan ever again. She is mediocre at best. Her bedside manner is robotic and mechanical. ...... she lacks emotion , her personality is flat, definitely not effective when dealing with paitents..... Does not communicate well at all. Does not pay attention to patients concerns. Most importantly She misdiagnosed my illness which put me through needless suffering. There are better doctors in the world.....
