Dr. Ngozi Chinyere Agu, MD

Dr. Ngozi Agu specializes in cardiovascular disease and pediatrics, bringing two decades of medical experience to her practice. She earned her medical degree from St. Georges University and completed her residency training at Maimonides Medical Center. Her dual expertise allows her to care for heart conditions in both children and adults. Dr. Agu is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Agu practices at multiple locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley, including Driscoll Children's Medical Plaza and Driscoll Children's Hospital in McAllen and Edinburg, Texas. She also provides care at Rio Grande Regional Hospital and South Texas Health System Heart. Her clinical focus includes treating high blood pressure and pediatric heart conditions. She performs diagnostic tests such as thyroid hormone screenings and complete blood counts to help evaluate her patients' health.
