Dr. Nick Logothetis Zervos, MD

Dr. Nick Zervos of Mountain State Orthopedics has been the best orthopedic surgeon we could ask for. He has excellent surgical skills and a kind, non-judgmental, matter of fact demeanor. He never pressures you to have surgery but allows you to decide when it is time. In 2019 I had a compound dislocation of my left shoulder and tore all of the ligaments. Dr. Zervos was able to repair it and get me back to full range of motion. Dr. Zervos has also performed a major rebuild of my foot, a total left knee replacement in 2015, and a total right knee replacement in 2020. Without hesitation I would recommend Dr. Zervos for any orthopedic surgery. He also gives nearly pain free Cortisone injections when needed.

Thanks to Dr.Zervos I have restored faith in Orthopedics!! He basically had to rebuild my foot and deal with me after I was “soured” previously.Best bedside manners. He genuinely cares ,I wouldn’t see any other. Kudos

I had a complete tear of the labrum. Couldn't lift my arm up. Now it's like it never happened. Pretty unbelievable. They didn't even cut me open to fix it. Highly recommend this doctor.

Love is a strong word but Dr. Nick Zervos deserves it. He is highly skilled and his demeanor and bedside manner are simply outstanding. He has done three rotator cuffs and a ruptured posterior tibial tendon repair on me...all successful to the max.. DOCTOR NICK IS THE MAN TO SEE !

I have seen this doctor over a period of four years. We often waited close to an hour to be seen then I only saw him for maybe five minuets. He always seemed confused and not sure what to do or say. I received referrals to another doctor and they did not agree with his diagnosis and even got upset with the lack of tests/treatment done.

I cannot say enough good things about this Dr. Nick Zervos is probably the best Dr I have ever met. The Dr in Beckley Wv said my husband would never walk again and wanted to amputate and Dr Zervos saved my husbands foot..

would recommend that u get a second opinion. He's to rushed and doesn't take the time to really listen/exam his patients. would not recommend him to anyone and won't be going back. He did two surgeries on me and had to get a third elsewhere to finally fix it.
