Dr. Nicole Olive Baggott, MD

She LOVES to send you off to specialists for routine things that most Primary Care doctors can handle. Either she is not qualified to handle many routine matters, or she just wants you out the door. Some of my meds can easily be prescribed by her, but if another doctor started the prescriptions, she'll make you go back to them -- and they then ask why the PCP didn't fill them. She doesn't read your history carefully, and I feel like we are starting all over every time she enters the examine room -- she's totally unprepared. She also seems to treat you as a faceless "average" person, and doesn't really take into consideration individual differences and needs. I end up having to stay with her because the really good doctors I want to change to have a long wait list and I run out of my prescriptions before I can make the change. Then I have to wait another year because my insurance company won't cover multiple routine visits.

I’ve had many issues with this office. First of all, she didn’t know the correct vaccine schedule for a shot series I was getting and I had a horrible reaction due to it. When I asked her about it, she proceeded to google the answer right in front of me. Then, she denied my request for refills of one of my life saving medications with no explanation. It took me calling the office to figure out that she wanted me to get the Rx from one of my specialists, which is weird since I’ve been taking it for 10 years now. She also makes me go in every three months for an appointment or she won’t refill my prescriptions. That said, she was excellent for my first pap and I really did appreciate that.

Dr Baggot listens well, cares for my well being and has a great attitude. I also like her sense of humor. Great staff too. Efficient with referrals and no problem with RXs being filled at pharmacies.

Arrogant and no compassion. In it for the money only.

Doctor Barbie. The woman just doesn't care. Every time I see her, I have to remind her of my medical history. At the last visit, she asked me who ordered my medications ... uh, you did. Her staff is excellent. I don't trust her judgment.

I was referred to Dr. Baggott by a dear friend who is also a physician. I am SO thankful. I send everyone I know her way. Exceptional doctor!
