Dr. Nicole Alyce Simpkins, MD

She is awesome and spends however much time is needed with me. She is very kind and caring. She is an excellent diagnostician. My other neurologist was horrible and was in it for the ego and money. Dr. Simpkins restored my confidence!

Dr. Simpkins is a very good Neurologist. She is as good as you will let her be. If you don't want to try to progress with your problem then you probably won't. Her ability is wonderful, but if you don't want to "face the facts" and follow instruction then you might not like her because she doesn't "second guess" anything.

I have ben seeing Dr. Simpkins since 2010. She took great care in diagnosing me and I have not had a seizure since I first saw her. She is compasionate, a great listener and does her job extremely well. She also helped my husband to understand what was happening to me which was a huge comfort to both of us. The office staff is very kind and friendly amd my visits are always on time and prompt and detailed. I live next to Lake Fork and Dr. Simpkins is worth the drive!
