Dr. Nicole E Wells, DO

Dr. Nicole E. Wells was my primary care physician at the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center in Miami, FL. I was treated under her care for a nerve injury in my neck that was causing debilitating pain and loss of feeling and function in my right arm and hand. She ordered an MRI on my neck to properly diagnose the issue. Over the next 2 and a half months, I tried contacting her several times for the results of the MRI and to begin a treatment plan. Unfortunately, neither Dr. Wells or her staff would speak to me about the MRI results and instead told me the doctor would call me back. I never received a callback. Not even after calling 3 separate times. I even went to her office in person but was told she didn't have time for me despite her waiting room being empty. During the time following my MRI, my condition has worsened, causing me to miss work, and the loss of feeling in my right hand resulted in a deep laceration that I believe would have been avoided if I was receiving the… chiropractic care that I was waiting for her to green light with a referral. I have had to resort to paying for medical care from another provider out of pocket. Would NOT recommend this doctor.
