Dr. Nirit Rosenblum, MD

I had been to this doc over the last 2 years. I had been satisfied with her care & skills BUT something has changed with staff & medical care that borders on negligence. I have a complex med history so at our first mtg we agreed she would follow me for uro-gyn infections, symptom & complaints, including tests/labs. I saw her PA for a follow-up exam about 6 months ago & when I saw the doc recently she just typed info into the computer, diminishing my complaints & did not examine me. Her staff was rude & neglected to submit the urine sample for analysis or if they did, they claimed the results were not accessible. When I complained via my chart, she gaslighted me writing "you should have asked for the exam". Really? Who does that & what urologist doesn't process a urine sample especially when a patient has symptoms & history of infections & CA. I will never return to this doc; I suggest you run the other way & do the same. Bad practice, bad staff & bad doc.

Went to see her about troubling symptoms and she completely let me down and missed the boat. She did not physically exam me and said come back if I continued to have problems. I continued to seek help and research my symptoms. I came up with an idea, got a test done and spoke with one of Rosenblum's colleagues who agreed with my concerns and idea about what was wrong. I also consulted an endocrynologist who agreed. As a result, I had my ovaries removed and I'm now free of the condition that caused very dramatics effects. Very disappointed in Dr. Rosenblum.

Dr. Rosenblum seems to be smart and to care about her patients and their concerns. Her office is the worst medical office with which I have ever dealt. They do not return phone calls or emails, regardless of the urgency of the situation. Wait time is unacceptably long even when one arrives early, per their instructions one may have to wait 45-60 minutes after one's appointment time to be admitted to the next waiting room. They charged me for a procedure they did not do and it took me weeks to sort it out with my insurance company - after 10 business days of "looking into it", the billing people for the practice agreed to take it off my bill but didn't alert the insurance company until I got the insurance company to contact them. When a medical insurance company is more responsive than a practice, you know something isn't as it should be! Every issue is blamed on being understaffed. If they are understaffed to the point of not being able to care for their patients, they need to… make some changes. As much as I actually like and trust Dr. Rosenblum, I am looking for a different doctor because of issues with the practice.

Dr. Rosenblum is no doubt a very capable doctor. She is, however, in a big rush all the time, her staff does NOT pick up the phone, return calls, or emails. I am an educated patient who communicates well. Even so, after a while of suffering with no help from this practice I noticed that basically, they couldn't care less. Very disappointing, given the high price tag.

AMAZING STAFF AND THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DR ROSENBLUM TOOK HER TIME TO EXPLAIN MY PROCEDURE IN TERMS THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND AND FEEL COMFORTABLE.

I think Dr Rosenblum is extremely caring, honest, She is definitely a Docter who helps her patients because she cares for them and just loves what she does. I trust and recommend her 100%...
