Rude and dismissive, even for a surgeon. Can't comment on his professional skills. I suppose he is very competent.

If you want to be seen by a PA or a Med Student, you might as well make an appointment with Dr. Tejwani. After the major surgery (which I have mixed feelings about), he didn’t check in at Recovery and never called. All of the follow-up visits were with a young PA rather than the Doctor. I would never recommended this doctor to anyone needing ortho surgery in the future.

Dr. Tejwani gave me an incorrect diagnosis and prescribed the incorrect treatment. Don't go to him!

Dr Tejwani fixed my broken foot and ankle. It was traumatic injury however I am now wearing high heels once a week. I praise God for Dr. Tejwani. No complications at all.

I don't even know where to start with Dr. Tejwani. I can't get into specifics as I am nervous about dealing with repercussions, but Dr. Tejwani is a terrible doctor given the availability of far better ones in NYC. His bedside manner is awful. Once he's done stitching you up, don't expect to hear from him. Follow up appointments are completely on you and he does not give a s*!@ about how you're progressing. Do yourself a favor and find a better doctor at a different practice. Or even one of his colleagues! Anyone would be better.

Dr. Tejwani repaired my elderly grandmother's hip after an accidental fracture. He came highly recommended by one of her doctors and it's evident why. He is clearly one of the best and most skillful orthopedists out there. He had a wonderful bedside manner and even came in on the weekend to perform the procedure. His team provided excellent care. The surgery was a success and my grandmother is back on her feet! We could not be more pleased. Dr. Tejwani is literally a life saver.

I went to Dr. Tejwani at the recommendation of my family physician. Saw him for 30 minutes total and received a bill for $5,000. The bill included bogus charges for procedures never performed. Beware.

I had a fractured navicular bone, and Dr. Tejwani fixed me right up. He was a extremely polite and professional doctor, I would recommend him a million times over

waited 3 hours, was too busy to take my history, so gave me the wrong advice. I guess since I wasn't a surgical case he couldn't be bothered. Thank G-d I didn't listen and went for a second opinion
