Dr. Nishi Gupta Agarwal, MD

My mother went into the office and Dr. Nishi Agarwal referred her to a specialist. She was in on a Wednesday and it is now Monday and the referral has still not been sent!! Unbelievable! The phone recording says they open at 8 am, but they don't take the answering service off until 9. When I ask why, they said because the doctors aren't in until 9. So, why are they open at 8 if they don't answer the phone to at least make appointments. When I finally was able to speak with the nurse in charge of sending referrals, she stated she qould send as soon as she had time. Maybe if they answered the phone at 8 which is when they actually "open", they could get referrals out before patients come in!!! On a good note, Dr. Nishi Agarwal is a very caring doctor!!

Dr. Nishi Agarwal is very proactive about health care! She monitors and suggests ways to stay healthy. She's very compassionate and caring. In my opinion, Dr. Nishi is the best doctor in Waycross!
