Dr. Nita Ajit Desai, MD

Dr Desai has great beside manners, let me be my own pt. advocate when making decisions. She gave me all the treatment plans and I chose the best one for me with her help. I only wish there were more Doctors like her.Thank you Dr Desai and her medical assistant Maggie.

After living in two states and having several OBGYNs, I can state without hesitation that Dr. Desai is the best. Her attention to detail, bedside manner, and expert judgment made my difficult decision of getting a hysterectomy so much easier. As a dance teacher, I had a limited amount of time to get the procedure done, and her skilled hands made sure that I was on a quick road to recovery. Thanks to her, I have drastically increased my quality-of-life. I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Desai is not a good doctor! Don't see this doctor! There are many other, much better surgeons in the practice! Including Dr. Hibner. Her bedside manner is poor. She is arrogant. Her staff dislikes her. I went to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion after seeing her. Both my 2nd and 3rd opinion agreed with a different plan from hers. In fact, they were both confused as to how she came to the conclusions she did. I do not recommend

Wonderful doctor! I cannot express enough how great Dr. Desai is! I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends or family! She took the time with me to answer any and all of my questions never making me feel rushed. She treated me like a human being and seems to genuinely care which these days is not common these days among doctors. I had an issue that was not common and was unfortunate for me and she has helped me every step of the way. She always looked out for my best interests and I am truly grateful to have been referred to her!

I would recommend Dr. Desai to a friend no question. She was patient and kind. She truly cares about her patients. She checked up on me frequently and answered my questions until I felt we'll informed. I always felt well taken care of and my health and wellbeing made a prioroty. I found her staff great as well. Her MA was friendly and very professional.

I would recommend her and in fact have to several of my friends that are having pelvic issues. It has been a long road for me and Dr. Desai has been great throughout it all. I am happy with the care I received from her. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to explain what is going on and all of my options. She has even called me personally three times to discuss some things on the phone. She is a popular lady though so it isn't easy to just get an appointment...you have to get in line! So other than that my experience with her has been great and I would use her again if I the need arose. The office staff could use a bit of improvement but Dr. Desai herself is wonderful.

This woman ruined my life and my career. She operated far below the standard of care. I went in with fibroids and left the hospital without the full use of all of my limbs. Prior to this I had dedicated myself to my own patients for over ten years and worked out five days a week. She never apologized for what she did and in fact told me, "You need to learn to be patient" when I couldn't return to work for over three months. I was fired not much later for not being able to physically perform the duties of my job. She is arrogant and incompetent. This experience was horrific and my life has been ruined...

The office staff is horrible. The scheduling department is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any medial office. Be prepared for a huge amount of stress and frustration on almost every occasion when scheduling appts or dealing with the office at all.
