Providers are top notch, but office is in shambles. Imagine my surprise when after treating me for over 6 months for a car accident, and surgery was scheduled, that they wouldn’t do do it because my auto insurance medical limit was reached, and he doesn’t take accept Medicare. Why did they bother to see me when they couldn’t finish the treatment? No one from his office ever discussed my bill with me, and despite being asked my age several times, 67 yo, no one bothered to tell me he doesn’t accept Medicare. Then several days later, the hospital called me to set up pre-op! His office didn’t even have it together enough to cancel surgery at the hospital! Run far away from this office.

Dr. Razack did my low back and was amazing - which is why when I needed major neck surgery I thought of him. Big mistake! They cancelled my surgery without letting me know and was very unprofessional. Pass — there are just as good neurosurgeons out there... but STAY in Orlando and have it at an Orlando Hospital.

His an excellent doctor and the whole staff is really humble when it comes to doing back surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Nizam M Razack when it comes to back surgery.

I had surgery 3 weeks ago. Spinal fusion l4 l5 and Laminectomy. For the last year i could not walk around the block without pain. I can already walk a mile a couple times a day. Dr.Razack is a great surgeon. Mike his PA is a great PA . So far i am very happy !

Went in to surgery and came out a new man. I had a fusion on lower back

I am 7 months post op and have been following orders. Accidentally fell 10 days ago and reinsured my back. Receptionist Sandy says "Dr and PAMike don't want to see you. Please go back to your referring dr". Is this normal? I guess Mike wasn't kidding when he released me and said "I never want to see you again".

He was great! Did an amazing job on my surgery and was very careful. He was be informative and tried everything possible to treat my disc herniation before we decided on surgery! Highly recommend him you won't be disappointed

Dr. Razack and his outstanding PA Mike , preformed a fusion laminectomy 1.5 years ago. I waited before I reviewed the doctor ... After 30 years of severe back and leg pain I am so happy to report I am 100% well, active and truly have my life back. Never did I think I would be pain free !!!! I have referred many people to Dr Razack and Mike,PA and everyone one of them report back success and praise this practice.

he really takes his time and he seems to genuinely care about you, he and his PA took the time to show me my ct scans and show me on them so I understood and explained the time frame I was looking at to heal and never put anything I was feeling off. He and his staff set the bar high definately recommend Dr. Rayzac.
