I found this office on the internet, because my father was having a lot of pain in his back, and knee, I decided to take dad to this office because of the physicians credentials; and I can tell you that I am glad that I took my dad to this office, what a nice, kind and knowledgeable physician is Dr Nwaogwugwu, he is so compassionate and pays attention to great detail and he has excellent bedside manners. His staff is always great, very professional and friendly. This office is very welcoming, my dad is doing super good with the physical therapy and combination of medication, Thank you so very much Dr Nwaogwugwu and your staff for always taking care of my dad at all of his office visits. I am a disabled Veteran who was referred to this office by my daughter who did research before scheduling an appointment, I am happy that she did her research.... my wife called and schedule a first time evaluation, upon my arrival i was greeted with a smile, I was asked to fill out paper work, then was taken to the back and placed in an examination room; while waiting for the physician, I was offered bottled water ( that was super nice); the doctor came in and gave me a stern handshake and asked me why I had been referred to him, I explained that for well over 6 years I was unable to be properly diagnosed much less have my pain managed; Dr Nwaogwugwu was compassionate and knowledgeable; he had time to review all of the medical records beforehand and had a treatment all planned out for me; I took him up on his recommendations and I have never regretted it. I was involved in an auto accident and was referred to PPMRC and Dr Nwaogwugwu; I was greeted by friendly staff who even helped me with many forms I had to fill out; Dr Nwaogwugwu is compassionate and very knowledgeable, I have had physical therapy and it has helped me a lot.I am now able to manage my pain better. I was injured in a bad car accident in 2013, I was referred to this office from a friend of mine, and after reading and looking at the physicians credentials, I knew I had found the right office to treat my needs; Dr Nwaogwugwu is a highly qualified physician with excellent credentials, he was able to properly diagnose me and start me on the path of healing, he offered me injections to help decrease the swelling; he was compassionate and displayed excellent bed side manners (which is rare nowadays); I have referred many family and friends to this office, the office is super clean and when you arrive you are greeted with a friendly smile, I was offered bottled water and a snack of my choice, you can't go wrong coming to this office, I feel that I am treated with respect and dignity. I am a 22 year old US Army soldier, who was referred to Dr Nwaogwugwu after I injured myself during Basic Combat Training 4 years ago, The office was immaculate, the staff was so incredibly friendly, I was nervous because I had already been told that I was just going to have to live with this pain, and as an active Military personnel I have to be in optimal health, Dr Nwaogwugwu knew exactly was the problem was, he diagnosed me, then had me start a physical therapy regimen which he supervised and I have been on the up and up and back to performing my duties with minimal pain and discomfort; a BIG thank you to Dr N and his Staff for taking such good care of my medical needs!

It is a pleasure for me to write this review; I have been a patient of this office and Dr Nwaogwugwu for the past two years; I drive from Daytona Beach,and when I arrive I am always greeted with a warm and friendly smile; then I am taken to the back and I am seen by my doctor within 10 minutes after being roomed; I have the opportunity to speak with him and ask questions about my pain and treatment. Dr N is such a compassionate and is very knowledgeable in the area of pain management, I fully trust him with my care. I am able to live a good life with minimal pain; Then I stop by the Practice Managers office to say hello and then on to the check out young lady; at all times I am treated with Respect and Dignity; I wouldn't stop coming here even if I had to drive for 2 hours; I appreciate all you do for me Dr Nwaogwugwu and your staff is simply professional and courteous. I have been coming to this office for the past 2 years and when I come to see Dr. Nwaogwugwu I am greeted with a warm smile from the pretty young lady upfront, I fill out my paperwork; and in less than 10 minutes I am called back, where my doctors comes in gives me a nice smile and handshake; he is just a very knowledgeable and compassionate. I am very happy with service I receive from this office, not to mention that the office is very clean. I would refer this office and Dr. Nwaogwugwu to any of my friends and family member. Walter C.

Do not go to this dr. They will rip you off and charge u for services they they don’t even provide especially if they think your stupid.. they receptionists collects the co pay but doesn’t no if u met your deductible or not, I was over charged almost 200 that I made them correct. No one can count, including the office manager. I’ve been going there for 3 months telling him My neck, head and muscle weakness, I’ve been getting a massage on my lower back for 3 months and the tens unit nothing different but I’m being billed for other services that I’m not even getting. There used to Medicaid and insurance patients that it doesn’t matter, but this is my employer insurance and they were so excited when the found out and I new it would be problems. I just called yesterday because I needed an explanation of these charges that they have been billing they have yet to call so now I’m fixing to do what I can to take your license cause it’s no telling how many people u have done this too.. they… are so money hungry that because they did what they did I told them I would continue treating with them until I found another dr but because they new I was leaving they called me to come get my file and kicked me out. I hope u get deported and they take your license you don’t deserve to be a dr because your not doing it for the love of the people only for the money.. health care complaint first and next the board oh and I’m still waiting on that call back but don’t worry I’m going to call again record because I have every right to know what I’m being charged

It is with a lot of respect and honesty that I am happy to submit my review. I will try to make it as brief as I can but I already know that that will be challenging for several reasons. Approximately twelve years ago I was in need of a doctor because of the pain I was experiencing in my lower back as a result of a horrible car accident..rear ended by a young lady who's brakes had failed as she was going 65mph...I thank God that the injuries were not life threatening but it did change my life. After me going to the emergency room, referred to a local physical therapist/rehabilitation clinic for about three months I was on my own. Fast forward to me looking in the "yellow pages" (no google years ago) looking under pain and that is where I found Dr. Nnamdi Nwaogwugw..I called his office (his first office) and immediately was able to make an appointment. As they say, "the rest is history." Dr. Nwaogwugw has been the one and only doctor that has treated me for my back condition for… about twelve years. I remember my first visit and I can tell you that he is the same compassionate, caring doctor today as he was when I met him. He has always listened to my concerns, always answers my questions and encourages me to be involved with my pain management. I am a 67 yr. young woman, wife, mother, sibling and staying active is a must for me and Dr. Nwaogwugw has made that possible after a couple of years ago getting a definite diagnosis from my MRI and now being on a regular pain management/medication regimen. I personally know that I will not have the very positive doctor/patient relationship with another doctor....just too many "pain management" doctors in Orlando now. I'm sure there are good ones but Dr. Nwaogwugw is the best. Of course I always feel that finding the right doctor is the most important when looking but getting a staff that is just as good is like winning the lottery...all in one package...you don't find that very often in this world we live in anymore. I am always greeted by the front desk girls with a smile, nice conversation and very professional....never a problem with insurance or changing an appointment....his medical assistant is awesome ....the office atmosphere is relaxing...I can't say enough good about how great my experience has been every time that I have an appointment. I apologize for this review being so long but when you have been with the same doctor for so many years it's hard to put all of the good in just a few lines. This is the first review that I have written about a doctor, company, etc. and I don't normally read them because I feel that how can I be sure that what is written is true. I promise you that Dr. Nwaogwugw and his staff are even better than what I have put in this review. Finally, it is my hope that if you are experiencing the horrible/24-7 chronic pain that you cannot function with and you have a doctor but just haven't been able to get your pain under control for whatever reason I personally would try to communicate with your doctor a little better...communication has definitely been the key with Dr. Nwaogwugw and myself...it's amazing how well my pain is under control now. I hope this review was worth reading.
