Dr. Noel Felisa So, MD

Worst physician, loose term when calling her one, I have ever had the displeasure of being "treated" by. She was dishonest twice, lied to another physician on site and became hostile when called out on her behavior. I also received an insurance EOB showing she billed for two dates of service on days I never saw her. She is unethical, makes you suffer through her mood swings and dishonest. Steer clear of her.

Dr. So was my PM&R after an amputation. She took all the time that was needed when she saw me which might lead to tardiness with others. She would take time to talk with walk ins which also might contribute. I thought she was compassionate took the time needed with Pts. Medically I thought she was good and she came well recommended by the Drs. at PSL. Wait time could vary from taken right in to 30min. But I knew she was giving the same time to others she gave to me. She is leaving the practice and will be missed by those of us that found her to be a great Dr.

I would never recommend So to anyone. Not even an enemy. She is always at least 1 hour behind. She has wild mood swings, the office staff is disorganized. She does not know how to staff, run a business or treat patients fairly. She has a reckless disregard for her patients. She tries to make you look bad to your other providers. Worst of all she misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medicines for me. She tries to act innocent. She blames others for her mistakes. She does not examine me, she does not listen to me. She does underestimate me.

She doesn't care about me as a patient. She is very unprofessional in general. Rude, and untrustworthy. I see no benefit in returning to her kind of care. She certainly tries to make me seem dishonest. She really should try another trade. She is always late!

The receptionist hardly ever answers phone. They prefer voicemails and texting but do not respond??? I've left voicemails, still did not hear back. They want you to schedule your appointment through their website, the scheduling portion of site has been down for months. I am very confused. Either this office is very poorly staffed ( that's what I think). Or the Md has no idea of how the office is being run. Disappointed.

In all honesty Dr. So comes highly recommended. I completely disagree with her peers. She is beyond disorganized and understaffed. She also did not make proper diagnosis and is snappy. Did not like. Going elsewhere.
