Dr. Norberto M. Tuason, MD

I went to this doctor looking for help and compassion but instead left feeling worse. He didn’t listen to anything I said and just wanted to throw a prescription at me and make me leave. Very big waste of time and money

I would not recommend this Dr. After many bad experiences with antipsychotics including heart issues he insists on prescribing more of the same...I have been on at least 9 different meds with bad side effects and reactions. He scares me! He seems more interested in texting on his cell phone than really listening to his clients.

I take my grandmother to him. I'm her caregiver so I stay for the whole visit. She's been seeing a different shrink for over 10 years and was put on a medication she didn't even need and isn't even to treat what it was given to her for! Dr. Norberto was against having my grandmother on tons of medicines. He went through her whole history and sent her to a neurologist for her brain seizures which is what should have been done over 10 years ago from her other dr. Thank god for dr. Tuason he's an amazing person and his staff is very nice and concerned. Average visit for us lasts an hour. At my grandmothers last shrink we waited an hour and were in there for about 10 minutes...I feel my grandmother is more monitered now and I feel like the medicines I give her are actually treating her problems instead of giving her a high and addiction problems. We've been to him 4 times so far and we can't wait to see him again!! btw each visit he remembers her and asks how her leg is doing or if her son… moved away yet... that's amazing to me for him to be able to remember things from each patient.
