Dr. Norma Jeanne Flack, DO

Dr. Norma J Flack is my Glaucoma Specialist and performed my Cataracts and Glaucoma surgeries for both eyes in 2022. I trust her completely and I fly to Ft. Lauderdale from Out-of-State for my ongoing Eye Maintenance checks.

Dr. Flack did my Cataract Surgery and gave me multi focal lenses. For the first time in my life I can see perfectly at all distances without glasses. Thank you! Dr. Flack

You will wait a ridiculous amount of time!

You will wait hours!!!!

First visit was at 3:00 PM. Waited til 4:10 PM in waiting area and then informed receptionist that I needed to leave by 5:00. I went in at 4:15, a few basics and then was not dialated until 4:35. I saw the doctor for about 8 minutes and she told me that she could not give me a prescription because I did not have the time to complete the tests. Return visit 2 weeks later I was informed that they billed me $870 for first visit, without even giving a prescription. I asked what this appointment will cost and was told, "We will see....." I said that I need to know as I have already paid $870 for an appointment that was an hour late and I was not okay with doing that again. The receptionist told me that it is Dr. Flacks practice to run an hour behind. I said I can't wait that long again and asked for my credit card back. The receptionist told me that I'd be charged $50 for cancelling the appointment that the doctor planned to be an hour late for. IN all fairness, the doctor was… nice, but the business has very shady standards. You are better off going some place that is ethical.

Dr Flack spends the time required to make sure you understand the specifics of your planned procedure and her office diagnostic equipment is the latest and best I have seen in any eye Doctors office. You couldn’t be in better hands.

Dr Flack is an excellent Dr she is very through and explains everything you dont wait long to see her and her staff is very nice

I called Dr. Flack's emergency number on a Saturday and she responded to me immediately. She has helped me and my husband with various eye issues over the years. She is patient and has excellent diagnostic skills!

My wife & I have been going to Dr. Flack for over 5 years and love to visit her. She is caring, friendly, explains every test and procedure she does 7&has a great bedside manner, also gives you sample bottles of medicine!!! Don't know what else you can ask for in a Doctor.
