Dr. Norman Bruce Young, MD

Dr. Young performed ACL reconstruction on me at 15, and meniscus repair when I was 23. He has great bed side manner, is humorous, patient, and answers all questions. I recently underwent a second ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and microfracture of my femur due to traumatic injury. My highly regarded ortho (two other board certified surgeons wouldn't do the surgery and both referred me to him) was incredibly impressed with Dr. Young's technique, and results. He commented on it several times. I wish I could have gone back to Reno to have Dr. Young do the procedures. I trust him completely.

I had a hip replacement by Dr. Young which was/is excellent! I have been able to walk since the 2nd day and level of pain was very little. Recovery is going very smoothly. Doc is very frank, honest and highly skilled at his specialty. If you need joint replacement that Dr. Young performs, this is the place to go.
