Dr. Noshir Erach Deboo, MD

I have had two shoulder surgeries with Dr. Deboo and have found him to be a very good surgeon. I like his honest and straight forward approach. He tells you like it is, so if you want to be babied or your looking for sympathy you might want to go elsewhere.

Dr. Deboo is very disrespectful to his staff in the operating room. He is unprofessional while doing surgeries. He has made racist and sexist comments several occasions. He needs to retire. He is a good surgeon but being a doctor does not give him the right to make derogatory comments about white people and women. he feels that since he is a doctor that he is entitled to say whatever including derogatory statement repeatedly. He needs to retire or be dismissed/fired due to his unprofessional comments. If any professional in healthcare would of made the comments., they would be let go. He needs to retire!!! I am considering legal action due to comments that numerous people have witnessed.

After treatment with him "ONE" time I was told I needed to schedule a "followup" visit after my FIRST time ever seeing him. ( He is known to be a very skilled doctor in this town). His treatment was very good, but to my surprise, for the "followup" visit that the staff had me schedule, his comments upon seeing me for the "follow up" visit was: "Are you back here again?" He told me to: "Get out and not come back". I don't know if he was actually serious with that comment, or trying to be funny - BUT, I won't go back!

Dr. DeBoo is a great surgeon in my opinion, he is pretty much "all business" but that's what I want in a surgeon. When I see him, which has been for the last 25 years, I want him to ease my pain not chit-chat.

Great Doctor would have him perform any surgery that needed to be done on me .
