I read the four start reviews. No where NEAR my experiences. Since day one, Ofelia has been rude and in a hurry every time we see her. She talks to us as if we "should know" what to do. Hello? First time parents here! Very little positive to say. Staff is RUDE beyond belief. Now that my daughter is older and can talk, she asks questions and Ofelia just ignores her. Cathleen is okay, but you still have to deal with the cramped, loud, office, the rude receptionist, and the chance of getting Ofelia. Keep looking...

I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Ayuste for over 19 years. Dr Ayuste was recommended by a friend of mine and I was so grateful. Dr. Ayuste has always been accurate with every diagnosis for my children. She has always encouraged the option of getting a second opinion if something more serious, and has been 100% on all her diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Ayuste and daughter Dr. Cathleen for anyone looking for a pediatrician. They truly care about every patient, and you can trust that your childrens care will always be the very best. The office and nursing staff has always been friendly, professional, and very competent. The very best pediatrician!!

Both my boys have seen her since day 1. My older boy is 11 and has had major medical conditions his entire life. Dr. Ofelia Ayuste has been an incredible help and is always supportive. She always listens to my questions and concerns and we discuss the best ways to address them. She never talks down to you but is clear and matter of fact. So many times we've had emergencies or urgent trips to her office and I am always confident that she can and will help. Dr. Ofelia Ayuste doesn't just care and treat you when you're sick - she's proactive as well.There have been times when I did not know if my son would make it. I do know however, that one of the big reasons he is with us today is that he had the best pediatrician ever! She is the kind of person you wish you could do something really big and awesome for but still know whatever you did wouldn't feel like enough.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Office wait times can be long during winter "sick" season - up to 30 minutes. Also, office staff not the friendliest. But both Dr. Ofelia and Dr. Cathleen are great and provide a high level of professional care to their patients.
