Dr. Ole Anton Raustol, MD

My son who is 2.5 had surgery on his thumb by Dr. Ole A Raustol. Dr Raustol is very to the point and matter of fact, there is no beating around the bush with him. His bedside manner with my son was great! His nurses are all sweet as can be and everyone at the surgery center that we dealt with was awesome as well. I would totally recommend Dr. Raustol and would use him again in a heartbeat!

Dr. Raustol literally put my son's leg back together not once but twice. 1st. We were in a terrible car accident and my son broke his femur. Through surgery Dr. Raustol repaired his fractured femur. With surgery and physical therapy my son was on the mend. However, 9 months later my son was hit by a car and was drug down the street. He had extensive injuries to the same leg as his fractured femur. Dr. Raustol literally had to put his leg back together from his hip to his toes. Absolutely an amazing surgeon! Dr. Raustol you will forever be in our hearts for the amazing, superior, compassionate care that you showed my son and our family. Outstanding pediatric orthopedic surgeon! Awesome doctor and super friendly. Takes his time to explain everything in detail. He operator on our daughter, who was born with hip dysplasia. His professionalism is beyond outstanding.

Great doctor but very rude to poor people!!

I could not play sports for years because of the pain I had in my foot. Dr. Raustol figured out my problem and did surgery to fix it. I now play sports like there never was a problem. He is great!

Dr. Raustol is wonderful! I was discouraged my another specialist office and came to his seeking a second opinion. He showed me indepth my daughters xrays and explained to me her condition in detail and laid out our options. I have recently seen him for an emergency visit with my daughter as well and he found a fracture that the urgent care wrongly diagnosed. He has a wonderful manner with patients and parents. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our grandson literally crushed his foot in a motorcycle accident. His growth plates were pulverized. Somehow, Dr Raustol repaired and corrected all but one. This was miraculous, to say the least. Dr Raustol showed an enormous amount of care and concern. The absolute best doctor I have ever met.

Follow up after visit was whoever was in charge of setting up a surgery time. I couldn't get anyone to return my phone calls after having left a couple if messages. It took several days. Then when a lady finally called, she told me she would call me back on Tuesday of the next week to set things up. This was a Thursday when we spoke. At 4:30 on the Tuesday, I hadn't received a call so I called again and left a message. She never called back until the next week. I was very dissatisfied with this. So we went to a different facility. Dr. Raustol however,was excellent and was concerned and determined to help my child.

Dr. Raustol performed emergency surgery on our daughter Jessica a few years ago and performed a miracle in our eyes. My daughter had broken both arms from a fall from a tree house, one was compound, above the elbow, the other split from the elbow up. Besides giving us the feeling he was in complete control and confident he could mend her injuries, he actually was able to repair her broken arms so well she was able to move them immediately after having the casts removed. She is operating at 100% with no loss of movement to this day. She is active in softball, cheerleading, you name it. He was excellent with our daughter and she loves him to pieces. We also had him look at our sons knee this spring (2015) that was initially diagnosed as having a torn ACL by another orthopedic. After his first visit and a quick look at the x-rays taken by the first orthopedic we went to locally, he found a small bone chip and the cause of the pain. No ACL issues at all. We not only recommend Dr.… Raustol we have decided to never go to another Orthopedic besides him again.
