Dr. Olethia Elise Chisolm

She was rude and snappy and had no problem displaying her disdain. If only I could give a zero rating. …please stay away from her; there are better doctors. I think she only cares about the title.

I have seen Dr. Chisholm twice in the past month. I can say she’s thorough in her examination and questions. She rechecked my vitals even though they were checked by the CNA. She does spend a lot of time facing the computer, but she is putting answers to the questions she’s asking into the system. Their charts appear to be electronic. You receive a print out of everything discussed in your appointment at the very end, and if you download the “My Chart” app you can pull up the information as well or access their website to see it. I would recommend her to others.

My visit with Dr Chisolm didn't go well say her because my primary Dr was booked, She never checked my heart even though my reason for visit was pain in chest , side and shoulder, week later a visit with. Primary Dr results pneumonia.

Dr O Chisolm, has been my doctor for over 20 years. She has very good bedside manners. Always willing to answer questions concerning my medical needs and very caring.

Excellent service as always. Very thorough in explaining what may happen if meds are not taken properly. Takes the time to listen to my concerns. A very warm and friendly person.

Awful and unfriendly experience. Diagnosed me with a viral infection by taking my vitals then asked me to leave with no advice as to ways to treat my symptoms. Would love to take that 15 minutes of my life back.

I am very pleased with the manner and the care provided by this doctor. she is compassionate and persists in finding medical solutions to problems. Excellent doctor

Dr. Olethia Chisolm is the most unprofessional medical doctor I have ever met. I waited for over an hour for her. She entered abruptly, announced herself and asked me why I was there. I answered that I had a cut on my leg and believed it may be infected. She barked back, "What do you mean!?!?" Perplexed at being barked at, I repeated everything I had already told the nurse, an hour earlier. I stated I had cut it two weeks ago on my daughter's metal bed frame and it was not healing, and the area around the cut was bright red, swollen and sore to the touch. She then continued barking asking who was my primary doctor. When I attempted to answer, she cut me off before I could finish answering. The rest of her comments were rude and uncaring. I've never wanted to get up and walk out of an appointment like I did yesterday. My only concern was that she was the ONLY doctor I could get into on a Friday afternoon, all the others were completely booked! Now, I know why!!! DO… NOT GO TO DR. CHISOLM!!! It's worse than no bed side manner, she rude, unprofessional and an aggressive person. I've been a faithful Kelsey Seybold patient for over 20 years... Why do they allow her to continue to work at such a reputable organization!?!? The review below will not allow less than one star in any given category. However, the areas in which she failed miserably are Bedside Manner and Spends Time with Me, she deserves ZERO stars!!! I'm also concerned that she misdiagnosed. Actually, she never actually diagnosed anything, she wrote a prescription for antibiotics, handed to me and walked away. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!

This Dr should not be practicing. She is rude, unattentive and unresponsive to questions and concerns. She seems genuinely bothered by patients and does not care to address patients concerns. She should not be practicing. Extremely poor bed side manner and terrible inter personal skills.

Dr. Chisolm was so incredibly rude and has HORRIBLE bedside manners! Especially for someone with a profile (Kelsey Seybold) saying she enjoys being involved in her church! I though Christians were supposed to be compassionate and KIND! I was definitely wrong..
