Dr. Cunya immediately indicated to me that I shouldn't keep running to Dr.'s for pills. I explained to him that recently I had to go on Lyrica because I had developed neuropothy in my feet. Also I told him that I had 3 bulging discs in my back and was having cortisone shots. He did indicate that at least I was not on any type of pain med. ( This is because I have stomach problems; I'm in a lot of pain). He then asked me if I had ever considered going on anti-depressants to which I told him that they don't work. I feel very insulted by this entire conversation and feel like I'm being told that the pain is all in my head.

my mother was treated horrible there today. there was a tech there that did a emg there and had no training. he hurt her so badly. it took him 2 hours to do the emg and it was total torture for my 88 year old mother. she is a person that never complains so I know by her anger today that they were horrible. do not go to this dr.

Have been trying to get test results from them and no one will call me back. Have been tryong to contact them for 3 days in a row. Took 3 times to get my appointment time from them after I was in the Hospital after an accident. They gave me the datebut not the time when I was released from the Hospital.

Seems as if neurology office has taken on too many patients. Dr. Cunho never returned my phone calls regarding adverse reactions to medications. Furthermore, in his absence, his colleagues did not call me back but, rather, had me discontinue a medication without providing enough information on weaning off period. The withdrawals were very severe. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
