Oliver Lim Ong MD, endocrinologist This facility and the team is among the best that I have encountered. • The team is a well-blended group that works towards the welfare of their patients. • The facility is presentable, clean and highly sanitize. The location is conveniently accessible by private car or public transport and is just across a commercial center. • Dr Oliver Lim Ong is very detailed and thorough in examining and treatment of his patients. He explains in a very detailed manner that can easily be understood by his patients. There were times, in the past, that he phoned me and explained to me, in advance, the results of the medical examinations that were done in the hospital. This shows how he values his patients welfare. • Before checking out (after my treatment), all other matters (next appointment schedule, lab works and other exams, after-visit notes) are readily provided to the patients. For improvement. There were times, in my past visits, that the parking area… is full. There is a parking personnel who can immediately provide assistance on this issue.

His face, tone of voice, and body language made me want to stand up and leave. He deserves one star for this.The only reason I give him two stars is because he seemed somewhat knowledgeable about insulin pumps. He needs to show more respect to the patient/customer. I do not recommend him.

As a hyperthyroid patient i always need to follow-up with my current blood result, but his office never collect and restore the blood result report from the lab. as i complain doctor star yielding on me as i am middle school student. I will never go there anymore, the worst experience ever.

I did not have a negative experience with Dr. Ong - I believe he is efficient, direct and clearly knows his field. He answers questions directly. He asks pertinent questions related to the subject matter. However, if you are a patient that needs a lot of coddling you might prefer a different personality type. It took 3 months to get an appointment as he has a big caseload. The Staff on that particular day was reasonable. My wait time was reasonable. Armenians are not especially rude as some perceived just somewhat snooty. Otherwise, they were just as efficient as any other kind of people in a workplace. In the end would I return? Yes I will as directed !

He cares for his patients. He is polite with good bedside manner. He includes his patients to discuss and participate in making decision on care and treatment. He explains and informs of your diagnosis and treatment. He takes time to exam you and for you to ask him questions. He loves his profession!

Dr. Ong is very knowledgeable and cares about the 'whole person'. He always checks to see if anything is new with other doctors I see. He is very personable. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

I've visited this doctor twice in the past two months. First visit I noticed he tended to ignore comments I was making about my health. Next visit he asked me to call him on a Friday to get my test results. I did as instructed, was surprised to learn Friday was a day off for him. He did call Monday, but when I asked him a question about my test results, he misunderstood and went on and on about something totally different, ignoring my attempts to talk him onto the right track. Finally exhausted by his nonstop chatter, I suppose, he stopped, giving me a chance to re-ask my question. His reply? He had no more time for me and if I wanted answers, I should make an appointment to come in and see him and fork over another co-pay. This doctor has no "bedside manner" or empathy. Seeing him was a mistake. I'll ask my PCP to send me to another specialist.

MARIA IS A GREAT ONE OF THE BEST RECEPTIONIST IN HIS OFFICE. VERY VERY HELPFUL
