Dr. Olivia Anne Crookes, MD

In this patient's opinion, Dr. Crookes appears rushed and overwhelmed by her client load. She does not take time to answer questions. She appears to just want to finish the exam and move on to her next patient as quickly as possible. She dismisses any concerns and appears irritated by patient questions. In this patient's opinion, Dr. Crookes lacks a respectful and attentive bedside manner and shows no empathy toward patients. This attitude seems to carry over to staff as they are rude and inconsiderate towards patients.

Dr. Crookes is an amazing ob-gyn. She is extremely knowledgeable. Personality-wise - she is kind, caring, cheerful, and extremely pleasant. She is gentle and understanding of patient needs and concerns. Very attentive doctor.

Dr. Crookes is delivering our first baby. My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with her and all the other staff in the office. Dr. Crookes is patient and kind and has a good bedside manner. We appreciate that she doesn't make us worry or cause and alarm unless she feels it's absolutely necessary. The office staff and nurses have been great and answer all my questions if the Dr. isn't available. I will definitely be going there for years to come.

I needed a gyn. I called to make an appointment. I was told Dr. Crookes was out of town, to call back a month later, when she returned, because it would take longer to fit in a new patient, and then I'd get an appointment. I waited a month--I could have gotten another gyn in that time, of course. I was told she does not accept new patients. I explained that I was told something different, and that I'd waited a month. It didn't matter to anyone there.

If you are the kind of person who worries a lot and need constant re-aasurance, dr.Crookes is not the right person. She is a very sensible, direct yet caring doctor with a light sense of humor. She was very matter of fact and patient in answering all my questions. Very talented and knowledgable. She does not wait for a nurse to clean up if necessary, she is quick yet thourough. She delivered my precious daughter and I could trusted her completely before and after delivery. I will defintely recommend her to anyone and would go to her for furture deliveries.
