This young lady is wonderful, she was very informative. Explained everything to me where I can understand it. Answered all my questions was in a hurry.. five stars if I could give her more than five stars, I would I recommend this doctor to everyone. I am 100% satisfied with this doctor. i’m very comfortable that she is going to do my surgery. She is awesome.

Dr. Olivia Choon Ong is great she pays attention to detail. The patient my mom is 91 years of age she is pick e with moderate dementia. So as a doctor she has to be on point. You can tell a lot about a doctor by her staff especially if there uninformed. Doctor Ong staff is happy, very helpful, empathetic, and professional that clearly speaks to Doctor Ong's commitment to excellence.

Dr. Ong is wonderful always excellent visiting with her. She tells you all about how she is treating you and next steps. Very knowledgeable and detailed lady.

I've been seeing Dr. Ong every 5 to 6 months for many years. I credit her with keeping me from developing glaucoma. She explains my status clearly, & is always in a good mood despite a heavy patient load. The staff at the clinic does a great job supporting her.

Dr is conscientious, polite, and professional. The one really bad negative issue is the amount of time you wait to be seen now they place a sign saying your appointment can be backed up to two hours. Why make appointments if not to take you on time, elderly as myself and other elderly people were packed in the waiting room so I’m having to wait outside the waiting room due to the slow time to be seen for over delayed appointment. It seems if you book an appointment you should come two hours later since you won’t be seen on time doesn’t make sense to make appointments if you can’t honor them.. I understand maybe a half an hour later, but two hours is ridiculous. Most seniors cannot sit or stand for long periods of time. There has to be a better way to see appointments on time.
