If I could give 0 stars I would. My kids have been patients here for over 6 years. This place started going downhill in 2022. Some of the receptionists at the front desk are rude and don’t know what they are doing, not to mention the receptionist named Jessica is a flat out liar, as well as the office manager. ( Her name is Jessica too, go figure). Tasha is awesome and always has been, but PHYCINITY has turned into a circus. Jessica (Receptionist) completely messes up a PA request for an MRI that my daughter needed and then tells me the PA Request was approved. I get a call 5 days later from VRI saying they never received an approval for the MRI. The insurance tells me they never received the clinicals needed to approve the authorization and that Phycinity withdrew the request. PHYCINITYs story changed so many times, it was ridiculous. The insurance company apologized to me about Phycinity’s mistake so many times after I ended up paying for the MRI out of pocket and finding out my 13… year old daughter completely tore her ACL…. But guess who has yet to apologize or take accountability??? Phycinity…Instead, I find out by calling today that my children have suddenly been dismissed after my daughter just had surgery last week and the receptionist said it with happiness in her voice. I emailed Dr. C and his wife about this and never received a response. And apparently it’s only getting worse since my kids left a year ago. If you want your child to receive TRUE QUALITY Care, don’t bring your child to any of his offices. They only care about money at this point.
