Dr. Oscar Luis Alonso, MD

I went to Dr. Alonso for an issue in my mouth. His exam covered everything BUT what I came to him for. Also, he performed an ear cleaning without getting my consent and then billed me $105 for it. I wound up going to a different ENT and recommend you do the same. Dr. Alonso is not a good doctor.

Best examination I've ever had from an ENT.

Wait was over an hour. Was told about a reference which had never happened. Was in a rush did not take time to explain diagnosis. Will not go back or give recommendation.

He does not have a good bedside manor but he is a very good doctor and he knows it...

My wife visited this doctor with the idea that he spoke Spanish as listed in his profile here and with our insurance Cigna. Once there he claimed he could not speak to her in Spanish because it was against the law. She was only able to retain a small portion of her diagnosis. If he can't or does want to communicate with Spanish speaking patients than he shouldn't be advertising as such. I am extremely disappointed that a medical professional could be so rude and in-sensitive with communicating with his patients. If we knew this in advance she wouldn't have gone to him in the first place. I would definitely not recommend him due to his poor bed side care.

Front office staff was downright rude and ruined my whole patient experience. Will never return to this practice and will not recommend this physician to family and friends needing an ENT due to the way I was treated immediately upon entering the office by two women in the front.
