Had a great visit! Very thankful for the time they took with me and knowledge! Left feeling very confident in my exam and would definitely recommend Sr Ferguson ( his staff was nice and actually a lot of fun)

Dr Ferguson is a really nice guy and has great interpersonal skills. However the management of his office is the worse and unfortunately I will looking for a new doctor. My appointment time was 10:30 am ET and at 1:00 pm ET I was STILL waiting to be seen by the doctor. The waiting room is jammed packed with people just sitting and waiting. This is very inconsiderate of people’s time. Understanding that things happen and sometimes they are beyond the office’s control, however my last appointment was the same of the waiting and waiting to be seen by the doctor.

The office staff is horrible. Very rude. No customer service skills. Made two appointments and never made it back to see the doctor Waited 2 hours in the lobby and was never once called back to see the physician. Lots of elderly patients sitting around waiting. No good customer care at all.

Dr. Ferguson is very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He has a bed side manner that states "I care about you" and that I want you to achieve good health. Mature adults enjoy his care because they feel a sense of "for real".

I have been going to Dr. Ferguson for about 5 years and am very happy with his practice.. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended him to anyone who has asked me if I knew a good eye doctor.
