Dr. Pamela Mitra Neff, MD

I saw Dr Neff first time, I found her very caring and professional. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable, listened to all my concerns and came up with a treatment plan. She also sent me an email on portal to advise the results of the tests she did. Her assistant was very professional too. Front office staff is very polite too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Gynecologist with expertise in her field!!

Being in the medical field myself, I fully understand the challenges faced by providers everyday. I have never in the 20 years dealing with physicians have I experienced one with such a dismissive uncaring attitude. The time I needed care the most I was made to feel as though it was in my mind and I was just depressed, but few months later seen by another GYN (oncologist) and had to have a hysterectomy! Thank God I received the care I needed. Today healed and healthy. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Neff’s for a few years now and I am not sure why. She is always rude, dismissive and seems not to care. I never leave feeling confident with the level of care that I receive from her. I would not recommend her at all! I am now searching for a new gynecologist.

She has major attitude issues. I Would consider putting up with her if I thought she were at the top of her game. Unfortunately her salty terse personality makes her a very basic clinician.

I was a first time patient with Dr Neff & I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from everyone in the office. Dr Neff was very patient, extremely detailed , encouraged questions, & has great people skills. I will be returning to Dr Neff office, I strongly recommend Dr Neff.

My experience with Dr. Neff was terrible- the worst I ever experienced with any medical professional ever. She is rude, condescending and accusatory. I left the appointment feeling way worse than i did entering- completely defeated and hopeless as a result of the interactions. I will not be going back and would never recommend ANYONE to see her.

I'm an intelligent, prepared patient, but during my appointment with Dr. Neff, I was made to feel so dumb- like my questions weren't important, and like I should have already known the answers. A doctor should be a person with whom you have a comfortable, respectful relationship. I cried after my appointment. I will be making an appointment with another doctor in the Penn system.

Doctor was rude and unprofessional just like her staff. Do not go here, find a friendlier Doctor.

Dr. Neff was rude, condescending, and made me feel as if I'd inconvenienced her by scheduling an appointment. This from someone who works in the health field, is not sensitive and does not ask for more than mutual respect (which was not given)- don't waste your time with Dr. Neff.
