In 2013, I graduated from the Texas Southern University with a Doctoral Degree in Counseling Education. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I have been working in private practice for 2 years. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, eating disorders, anxiety, anger management and PTSD. …Prior to private practice, I worked with students grades K-12. experiencing social anxiety and we had team building activities.

I focus on adults, using cognitive behavior therapy techniques are used to help my clients think about the issues they are facing from a different lens.
