I liked my Dr. Very much. He was very patient with me. Explained everything to me.

This doctor is very misleading. He lies, and doesn't seem to care about his patients. He schedules for surgery, lets you get prepped and then comes in and says he can not do it. He needs more information and will reschedule when he receives that information. He never calls back and didn't even try to contact the doctor he needed to get the information from. I wouldn't suggest this docctor to anyone.

Whatever you do, do not go to Dr. Phacki in Gastonia. That is the most uncoordinated office I have ever seen in my life. I have been lied to, mislead, and over all disrespected. They have rude staff and I feel like Terry and I have just dodged a huge bullet by not letting this surgeon and his nimrod staff become who was supposed to be helping him. The surgery scheduler who I have yet to talk to seems to always been on lunch, she will not return your call. And even if she did it would take 10-14 days for that call to happen as "she's busy" (probably at lunch again). They are "in between" office managers so you'll have to talk to the director who will tell you 4 times that they're doing the best that they can and he runs 6 other offices so he's a busy man. The receptionist will lie to you about minuscule thing. But don't worry, because like the director told me, they are nationally recognized for their excellence.

After surgery complete, very abrupt. No question time. No compassion.
