Dr.Laden is always a joy and professional.

I went through a couple of different rounds of IVF in order to fall pregnant with another gynecological practice. Once I had my child, I encountered chronic issues with pain in my ovaries, pelvic pain and several other issues. I surmise this was exacerbated due to IVF hormones and age. I saw another gynecologist who was great for a time, however, she did not advocate for me, nor did she truly listen. I could absolutely feel there was something going on with my body but had physicians tell me that "this is just life after having a baby", which seemed ludicrous. I did not want to accept that this is my new norm. In October 2022, I choose to look for someone who would truly listen to me and not essentially tell me that what I'm feeling is normal. Dr. Laden was easy to get into and did not have an exorbitant wait to get an appointment. My first visit was amazing. I left so hopeful! She went over the allotted appointment time and listened to every word I said. She immediately took action.… She did multiple rounds of blood work at different visits and we found answers. She truly seemed to want me to have a better quality of life and not just temporary fixes. I eventually had a hysterectomy and life has been so much better! She did suggest this but I wanted to exasperate all means before making something so final. She agreed to try it my way and when that didn't work, we went the surgical route. I 100% recommend her and will be forever grateful to what she has given to me. I no longer wake up everyday with pain and my quality of life is tremendously better. She is simply amazing!

Dr Laden is kind and compassionate. She spends time with you and listens to your concerns.

I've been seeing Dr Laden for about 15 years now and recently helped me carry my 1st full term baby after trying for 17 years I was able to convince in the matter of a month with her help. I love her she has great bedside manners and is straight to the point she will lesson to all your questions and concerns and will answer you unlike others. She is wonderful in fact we just moved 2 hours away and I will still make the trip to see her.

You couldn't ask for a better group of medical professionals. Unfortunately, it's overshadowed by the 1 hour wait.

Dr Laiden is lovely and I have no complaints with her. This is why I stayed with her for two years. However, scheduling is a problem due to cancellations for deliveries. I had several appointments cancelled- one on the day of. Rescheduling was two weeks. The staff does not return phone calls easily. The last straw was when the nurse refused to read my final lab report over the phone and insisted that I come in; however, scheduling was a two week wait time. I asked for my records to be mailed to me and filled out the appropriate paperwork in a few days. It is been over a week and I still have not received my records. I believe the staff is very difficult to deal with and they don't really care that they're difficult and what problems or inconvenience it may cause you, the patient.

One year after the office billed us for something we did not request, we are still fighting the billing agency and potential collections agency. Even after the office said they would remove the charge! Instead they re-coded it and re-submitted the claim smh.

I usually see Dr. Laden's NP, Lori Elle, who I love but this time I had an issue that I was scared to death about. I explained my situation to the receptionist and she relayed my issue to Dr. Laden. Dr. Laden wanted to see me. She is wonderful, kind, compassionate, sweet Dr. Thank goodness what I thought was very serious was not. I can't say enough wonderful things about her.
