Dr. Masse is a wonderful doctor with an outstanding bedside manner. She takes the time to explain the important details to her patient and is very nurturing. Her office staff is outstanding and every experience with this doctor is exceptional. I would have no hesitation in seeking her services if needed in the future.

Dr. Masse was my second opinion doc and it was immediately clear to me that I need not go any further to address my surgery, she is not only knowledgeable but explained it to me in terms I could understand, after my surgery I looked forward to every appointment as she explained next steps which removed any doubt that I would be fully recovered on the timeline she stated I would also be remiss if I didn't state that Dr, Masse's staff pulled it all together despite the short time I needed to get my surgery done by. I am not a review person normally but seeing what I saw prior to going to her office I needed to share my experience.

Dr Masse’s office support team is one of the most well organized and efficient that I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From your first call to set up an appointment until your last visit everyone is there to help. They are kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and attentive to all of your questions. A terrific group of ladies that work extremely well together and make you feel at ease very quickly. The reason for my first of many visits was that I was having major gall bladder issues as I had let it go for far too long and ended up in the ER where they referred me to Dr Masse. Best referral ever!! There are not enough words to describe the level of care that Dr Masse extends to her patients (but I’ll try). If it was “just” that she takes her time with you, patiently answers all your questions, explains everything to whatever level is needed, is a very experienced and accomplished surgeon who sincerely cares about your wellbeing, she would be considered a great doctor. She… goes well beyond that though. Her bedside manner is amazing. When you are feeling your worst she has a way of making you laugh with her terrific sense of humor while at the same time instilling the sure knowledge that she is going the extra mile to make sure that you are well cared for..and she definitely is; she is direct, no nonsense, EXTREMELY REAL, accessible and projects an innate sense of calm when you need it the most. More than anything she is a kind, caring and very compassionate person. Her knowledge and surgical experience is so very evident in all that she does. I always walk away from an appointment with her feeling like I have been in the company of a very unique and amazing human being and if you read other posts you will see I’m not the only one that feels that way. If there were more than 5 stars I’d tick them all and I’ve recommended her to all of my family, friends, and co-workers without hesitation. I thank god for this lady and her team. With the complications I had with my mutant…gotta stick to everything around it…including the tiny little bile duct…gall bladder…another surgeon could have messed me up for a long long time but thankfully I was under this very skilled lady's care and am now able to go back to doing the things that I love. I am forever grateful although I am 100% sure she neither expects nor wants that...lol. You won’t go wrong putting yourself in her and her teams very capable hands.

Dr. Masse is just the best. I had originally scheduled a planned laparoscopic appendectomy but things don’t always go as planned. After a night of awful belly pain, Dr. Masse encouraged me to get seen early so we can get to the bottom of what was making me sick. During surgery she found a tumor in my small bowel. She quickly got my wife on the phone and switched me to an open surgery and removed the tumor. While things went away from the plan, Dr. Masse was there for me during my entire recovery. She guided me through the discomfort of having a tube in my nose. She gave me clear steps on how to recover and get out of the hospital as fast as I could. She also went out of her way to let me know my tumor was benign and got me discharged as soon as she could. Thank you so much for the excellent care. I had heard from so many people how you were the best surgeon around and my expectations were surpassed.

Dr Masse is my most favorite doctor to date. She came highly recommended to me and I am so thankful that I decided to see her for my surgery. Dr Masse just removed my gallbladder and repaired a hernia at the same time. I must say that she was awesome!!!! I liked her from the second she walked in the room on my first visit. I then saw her for two follow up appointments post surgery. She was very personable and took her time to explain everything. I only wish that all my doctors were like her. Even her office staff was amazing!!! I highly recommend Dr Patricia Masse for your surgery needs!!!!

We highly recommend Dr. Masse. She performed surgery on my Mom, Min, to remove a breast cancer tumor. I will have to say she saved her life. Dr. Masse is very thorough in her diagnosis and communicates everything throughout the entire process. She also has a great sense of humor and aways makes us feel comfortable. Her surgery was also in the middle of the pandemic and Doc managed to expedite the procedure. Don't hesitate and think twice about Dr. Masse, as we have nothing but positive things to say about her and the great outcome of the surgery.

Dr Masse is the most compassionate dr there is. She is so considerate of you needs. I would recommend her to everyone! Her office staff is wonderful too!
