Dr. Sun has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. I don’t feel rushed or cast aside. Is willing to answer all my questions. She’s very genuine and focused on my care. I wish my mom lived closer so she could treat her too.

Dr. Sun has a great beside manner! She is always willing to answer my list of questions as well as address any concerns I may have, which makes me feel like I’m included in the conversation when it comes to my plan of care. I also love how open she is to referring to the latest and most up-to-date IBD research as things are constantly evolving. I highly recommend her!

Attempted to extort an extra $500 out of me after I already paid $3200. My insurance EOB said I only owed $1900. Thankfully my insurance helped put them in place. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Trust me, find a better provider.

Today I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Sun at her Arlington Heights office. I explain to her that my BFF in Detroit passed away from colon cancer just two weeks ago so that made me even more terrified to have this screening today. Doctor son held my hand and told me she's going to take good care of me she comforted me and assured me that I would be okay then one for nurses named Mary Beth put a cold compress on my head to further calm you down because I was a bundle of nerves. The procedure went well and I highly recommend Dr Sun because of her excellent bedside manner and she held my hand afterwards to give me my results. She's simply awesome!
