Dr. Patricio Sebastian Espinosa, MD

In this past year, I had Itchy skin in almost my whole body (without rashes) which had to do with an internal overactive Immune System along with dizziness and imbalance. I had been to my (1)Dermatologist, an (2)Allergist, an (3)Immunologist, a (4)Rheumatologist, (5) an Eye Specialist, and (6) an ENT. After a total of 100 TESTS with all 6 doctors, EVERY DOCTOR HAD NO DIAGNOSIS for my conditions and told me they could NOT help me. My Dermatologist then sent me to Dr. Espinosa. My Itchy condition is gone and we are working on my dizziness and imbalance. This is a hard working doctor who cares about his Patients! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Espinosa! He'll find out what is wrong with you!

He is now at Boca Raton regional Hospital and the head of Neurology which is a joke. I was reluctant to see him, but went anyway out of desperation. When I got to the desk I asked how many patients he sees in a day. I woman, who I won't mention her name told me 40/people and it's a game as to how many him and his partner Dr. Vrionis see in a day. I 1st saw his PA's as usual, tell these young kids what's wrong. He walks in, I try to talk to him, but all falls on deaf ears about my issues all in 7 minutes he gives me. He tells me try drugs and live with it and walks out. Later I get a call from the hospital saying he ordered PT, which he never told me he was doing. This is a disgrace. It's not about helping people, it's all about helping the bottom line of the hospital and his pocket. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately he only works at Boca Regional Hospital so if you are “lucky” enough to end up at the Hospital and have him as your doctor I can then assure you that you will be in good hands ?? His bedside manner is so far the best I have found in the USA, he’s positive and you can tell he is a hard worker. He’s always followed by residents which keeps him young :) in my case was important since I’m 31 and had multiple strokes. Unfortunately though, once you leave the Hospital it might be very difficult to see him again. But if you are worried about his skills while in treatment with him, don’t be!

After visiting several other neurologists, Dr. Espinosa diagnosed the problem immediately. Very kind and professional.
