Dr Bolt and his team, especially Ashley have been absolutely the best in treating my lumbar spinal stenosis and other conditions for over 7 years. Dr. Bolt and his staff have worked tirelessly against the insurance companies to provide the best medical care necessary for my individualized care. Dr. Bolt is professional and has a caring bedside manner. I appreciate his conservative approach to surgery, trying everything else first in my case. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Bolt to my family and friends.

Dr. Bolt was so caring, and explained my situation and what the MRI showed very clearly. He listened to my symptoms and came up with a plan that works for me. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with back problems.

First off I want to say thank Dr bolt and Ashley self for being so helpful with me with everything that I have been through and everything that I'm going through now with having herniated discs on L4and L5 and having spinal stenosis I can say that Dr. bolt has tried everything that he could injection after injection pain meds muscle relaxers nothing works to this day with my visit with him on Wednesday June 26th 2024 he still say no surgery I'm thankful because he don't want to do surgery but I'm still in a bad shape hopefully this next exercise with therapy session water session works I just want to say thanks for the years that you have given me some relief from pain and all of the good advice thanks Dr bolt and Ashley's self

I had an excellent appt. with Dr. Bolt and Ashley Self, NP, yesterday. I needed a repeat of my cervical injections. Previous injections were like magic until they wore off. Both Dr. Bolt and Ashley have wonderful bedside manners.

Dr. Bolt, Ashley Self, Orthapedic NP and staff are always excellent. Ashley stepped in to ask if she could help while Dr. Bolt was seeking someone else, and both she and Dr. Bolt were very attentive during the visit. And they scheduled a cervical injection for this week, amazing! The best!
