The doctor bills at wrong codes to make more money on their patients. Worse experience I have had at a doctors. I made an appointment and asked to get email confirmation so I could put that in my calendar. They said they don't do that, I found that odd in 21st century but okay. Now when I showed up they did not have my appointment in the books, I guess that's not surprising since they don't use a calendar. So they fit me in between patients total time seen was probably about 15 minutes. The rash that I came to be seen for was looked briefly at and determined as nothing to worry about and no prescription given. Some time later I get a bill for 99205 NP Level 5 E/M. The highest complexity visit with possible threat to life or limb that lasts over an hour. I though surely that was a mistake so I called up and tried to clear it up. They were rude, condescending, and insisted that I did not know what I was talking about and even though I was seen for only a few minutes this is the… correct code. I have seen a separate specialist for the same issue and was charged at a much lower code that was less then one third of the cost. That doctor gave me a prescription and actually remembered my appointment. Office of Patrick D Haley makes their money by falsely claiming more expensive codes.

When I explained to the receptionist that the presence of trump 2020 campaign materials in the doctor's office made me uncomfortable with his judgment and ethics she laughed in my face. I will not be seeing Dr. Haley any further.

Great Doc! good experience with my vasectomy

I've seen 4 other urologists and they were not nice and always in a hurry always wanting to run test after test. Dr Haley has been very patient and great at explaining all of my options. I have found him very personable and am so happy that I found him.

Fortunately haven't had any other urologist but Dr. Haley has a wonderful personality, sense of humor and disposition. The kind of guy you would want to sit in a cold duck blind with.

Dr. Haley did laser surgery on me to remove Kidney stones. Surgery was fine, but his conversations with me were lacking in everything -detail,facts,concern. He couldn't wait to get out of my room (tee-off time maybe). He removed the shunt from my Urethra without any warning or without even shutting my hospital door! Just pulled down my pants for all to see and yanked it out. It left me humiliated and feeling violated. My mother was so horrified when she saw the effect it had on me, she called Dr. Haley to complain. He responded by hanging up on her and then coming in to my room - the patient -to yell at me! The nurses at Rose Medical could not believe his behavior. You could hear him yelling down the hall while I sat and silently cried. I was an emotional wreck after a week in the hospital in severe pain and all he cared about was his ego trip. Completely non caring individual - something confirmed by the Nurses. I filed a formal complaint and had several witness to his… non-professional and damaging behavior. I'm not sure I will ever be able to get over the experience. Do NOT go to this idiot!
