Very bad experience. Does not return calls. Short staffed. Three weeks... left hanging no plan. Pushes surgery. Go to someone else.

The good Dr. has saved my left shoulder and removed 4 bone spurs from my lower lumbar. Also, he has repaired both my wife's shoulders. Did I mention a finger repair ? Good man - none better.

The Dr. seemed nice enough but the office staff is one of the rudest staff I have ever run across. There is no need to be as rude as they are and not returning phone calls is totally unacceptable.

Self verified patient he is a very rude arrogant man with a horrible bed side manner he let my89 yr old mom sit there only to have him walk in with a bad attitude. Was very cruel to my mom . I will make sure to tell others to stay away from him P.S not a good surgeon either he had to pull a 10 inch screw out of her leg after her surgery

Self verified patient of dr he is the most uncaring arrogant rude dr I very met . My mother who is 87 yrs old had to wait 9 hrs with a 10 inch pin poking through her skin only to have him come into room with his bad attitude . NEVER AGAIN!!

One of the best doctors we've ever been to. Explains everything so you can understand it. Would recommend to anyone that needs an Orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Hergenroeder verbally berated my mother in my presence because she asked to use a physical therapist outside of his office. He asked her how she expected him to make his money if his patients went elsewhere for physical therapy. I would not let this man trim my dog's nails.

Patients know they will wait for him, as he puts in real time with all his patients needs. All my surgeries have gone extremely great.
