Dr Killian has removed skin cancer from my face twice. Both he and his nurse were very friendly and very experienced with MOHS surgery. Dr Killian's skill doing sutures was great...I barely have a scar.

Dr Killian performed the Moh's surgery on my upper lip and to say I am thrilled with the results is an understatement. My incision is still healing and it is hardly noticeable. I was so scared to get this surgery done because I am young and was afraid to have a scar on my face for the rest of my life but I am so SO happy. Dr Killian and his staff are excellent. My surgery was on a Friday and they called me the following Monday to ask how everything was which is such a small gesture but means a lot.

I find him to be competent, skilled, and effective. i was referred to him by my derm guy in Florida. The Dean of his med school is a fraternity brother and friend, I absolutely would refer my friends to him.

The emotional scar left by Dr. Killian's initial lack of concern for the post-op pain and distress I was experiencing is far greater than the one left on my face. I have been assured by my dermatologist that the procedure was done correctly and I will have a good result, but this is little consolation for the fact that an infection began immediately after surgery. The nursing staff, although well-meaning, continued to make unprofessional and inconsistent comments throughout the whole ordeal. Before using Dr. Killian, I would recommend doing thorough research into Mohs surgery and the practices of other surgeons. In addition, do not hesitate to ask for explanations of infection control measures, pain management, and follow-up options for defect. Lastly, insist on Dr. Killian's office removing the pressure bandage to ensure the surgery area is evaluated as soon as possible.

I postponed a Mohs procedure that I was worried about but I found that I was very mistaken. Dr Killian explained the procedure to me in a manner that I understood, offered me options, and did the entire procedure with not a moment's worth of discomfort. Staff was ever vigilant, concerned for my well being, and totally professional.I would recommend Dr Killian's office to anyone. Very professional and caring.
