They call you, text you, a minimum of 10-12 times telling you to get there early. You have to pay your copay before you can check in but try to get an update of how long before you are seen after scheduling a month in advance and it’s impossible! I left an hour after waiting and being told no update. I asked for my money back and was told that they could only do that by saying I canceled the appointment! Better not be a no show fee. My time is valuable also Rothman Orthopedics!

My experience with Dr. King was absolutely wonderful!! He was thorough, thoughtful , patient . He was very kind. There was no rushing threw our time together. He cared about me and my health. I was human not just a quick office visit.
