Dr. Lam is AWESOME! This isn't something I look forward to but Dr. Lam makes it as relaxing as humanly possible. He is informative and also very down to earth. If you have to get this done, Dr. Lam is the best!

This was my very first, long overdue colonoscopy and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Lam, the anesthesiologist and all the other staff were very informative and nice and I didn’t feel a thing.

Dr. Lam was thorough, kind, & had a great bedside manner. He showed me my report, its abnormalities & ordered further testing + consults referrals. He truly is amazing!

My first visit went very well. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. I felt Dr. Lam was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Since it was my first visit, it take a little longer than expected. Overall, I am very pleased with my first visit.

Very professional staff in every part of the clinic. The prep nurses and anesthesiologist were very professional and nursing staff very kind. Dr Lam came in before the procedure to talk and make sure there were no questions and then after the procedure came in and reviewed the results and reports and spent as much time as needed. Can't say enough about how easy the entire process and procedure was. I highly recommend Dr Lam and everyone in the facility. The only bad part was the at home prep starting the day before but it was well worth it.

So fast and quick and easy. Prep was hardest part. Staff very friendly and listened to all concerns. Highly recommend.

Had my procedure done at AZ West Endoscopy Center- Dr. Patrick Lam, DO, the process is very straight forward from checking in, preparation and recovery. The staff /team are courteous and everything was explained before and after the procedure. Will definitely come back for the same procedure as needed. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Lam and his team from the initial consultation to colonoscopy and follow up. Dr. Lam is very personable and explains everything well. Staff is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
